I'm interested in more than one number and more than one type of number, how do I add multiple numbers to my shopping cart and what are the ongoing charges?
The easiest way for us to help you with that is to talk to you, rather than go through the site. We can give significant discounts for high usage and multiple numbers, so it's best to talk through your requirements with one of our specialist team, they may have a solution in mind that could work better for your organisation.
Why does Auto Attendant carry a set up charge?
There's a lot of work on our part to get the system working exactly how you need it to, especially with greeting messages and making sure you're happy with the set up. Once its all up and running it's very easy for you to manage.
Can I direct calls to mobile phones?
Any one of our numbers can be directed to a mobile phone, however there are additional costs involved. Please speak to one of the team to learn more. Set up times
How long does it take for my number/s to go live?
New numbers are live within 24 hours of order confirmation. You can set up and manage the services from Number Manager once your number is live. Services are set as soon as you press confirm in Number Manager
Can I keep my existing numbers?
Absolutely. Non geographic numbers simply forward to your landline or mobile phone number. There is no limit to the amount of phone numbers you can have directed to the same target number
Do I need to purchase any hardware?
No, all hardware is hosted at our secure premises. You are not required to make any financial investment, as long as you have a web connection you can access Number Manager and manage your system. This also means that there are no installation costs, you have voicemail, call record, hunt groups etc. (depending on your package) all within our system, at your fingertips and customisable.
I love the features of Connected Numbers, but have a number I already have on all my literature and website, how do I switch my existing number/s to you?
It is a simple process, that we can take care of for you, you will need to contact us and go through your current numbers and provider information, we will look at getting you over to our network, getting you up and running on Number Manager and giving you access to all the fantastic features it has to offer.
