Data Capture allows callers to be routed to an automated scripted questionnaire, which is a perfect solution for pre-screening callers to see if they meet a set criteria, for voting or instant feedback, such as a customer services questionnaire.
The caller either speaks their responses or selects a touchtone key on their phone keypad.
the responses can be delivered by email or FTP at the end of each call, with the information captured for possible future use, such as an SMS or telemarketing campaign.
This option works well within an auto attendant IVR and there is no manual involvement required, so no staff overheads
