BikeQuip - Case Study
BikeQuip are a dealer in used Motorcycles and new accessories, based in Bristol and needing dynamic communications to make sure they didn't miss a single call.
Their current advertised number was a mobile number which wasn't ideal.
They took a non geographic 0843 number, a lo cost call charge to the customer of 5p per minute, with a basic package, which meant a one-off £5 connection charge and no monthly line rental.
They also received 1p per minute rebate on received calls.
The basic package allowed BikeQuip to send calls to different numbers, or voicemail, at different times of day,
e.g.
9pm - 8am calls were routed to voicemail
8am - 9am to mobile (whilst commuting)
9am - 5pm to their showroom
5pm - 9pm to home office
They also had a hunt group set up, so if they were out collecting bikes or dealing with a customer, the calls would ring for 10 seconds in the showroom, then to one of the mobiles for a further 15 seconds, then to voicemail (calls forwarded to mobile incur a 15p per minute charge to BikeQuip)
They could go online, manage their number, change hunt group, time of day plan, voicemail message, retrieve messages, have them sent as emails to listen to, or forward on and see stats on inbound calls.
So, wherever they're based, wherever they're working, or whatever time of day, they have a national and professional presence.
