Call recording is a remote service deployed within the telephone network, meaning no hardware or software is needed by you at all, in fact no installation is required and the service can be offered on any inbound number, even your current landline number.
This service is fully scaleable to any size organisation and record multiple sites, locations and even home workers, which is ideal for dispute resolution, staff training and quality control.
Recorded calls can be delivered by email or FTP at the end of each call, or can be stored securely and accessed through the Number Manager web portal.
The recorded call can be played back through a standard web browser and they can be stored indefinitely and listened to when required
