Ratio Call Plans

A ratio call plan is a network based call distribution feature

It gives the ability to proportion and balance calls out over multiple destinations according to how many people are available to answer calls at each location

It can work over a wide area or even where calls are shared in different countries, allowing multiple sites, branches or home workers to share call loads

Multiple load distribution plans can be used at different times on different days and call ratios can be re-balanced instantly where required, such as staff sickness and emergency or even to cover lunch breaks.

Also destination numbers can be added or removed in real time

Its easy to use and is self managed through the Number Manager web portal
