0300 Numbers

0300 numbers are for the exclusive use of the public sector, or "not for profit" organisations or charities.

0300 numbers have become increasingly popular recently particularly with local authorities, departments like the NHS and some of the high profile charities.

These numbers a re very caller friendly, as they all people to identify the type of organisation they are calling and that only standard landline call charges apply

One of the main features of 0330 and 0333 numbers is that they are mobile friendly, the caller from a mobile is not charged a premium by their network and calls made from mobiles are either included as part of the callers network bundle or charged as a standard landline call.

Similar to 0800 and 0808 numbers, calls received by you are subject to a small pence per minute charge, with the rate dependant on where the call is answered, for example you would pay more to have the call routed to a mobile or abroad.

The full suite of inbound network features can be added allowing the service to be personalised to each customer or organisation.
